We load up to this 'fantastic' bus that it is also a karaoke lounge, where many 'can sing' heroes & hidden talents were found....
As usual, we requested for our bus to stop for us to shop for Hualien specialty....

The world tallest 'Di Chan' Buddha standing at 36ft....... with wonderful mountain view at the back unlike other places where you see HDB flats and other commerical buildings....

After lunch, we continue our journey along the mountainous coastal line back to Taipei.
We stop at 'Chung De' after crossing the tunnel for some snap shots at the Pacific Ocean
Our karaoke bus also need a break too, after been terrorised by those kampong singers...

mercy, mercy, she stand tall guarding us....
but everyone attention is on the food stall that sell Ice Cream wrap with peanuts candy and po piah skin.

'Liaohe' night market located near to 'songshan' train station is popular to the local for their unique pepper biscuits...
NAT queue for 30 minutes.....

They use lots of 3 star scallions which help to enhance the meat taste and flavours...
The one and only pepper biscuits stall, run by family members...
