The Beautiful Ah Mei Land and her Wonderful Lifesaving People - Part 2

Day 3....
After breakfast, board this red red 'special guest' bus for Wulai for the swift river rescue course
Passing by this street with lots of lots of Aborigines food call Wulai Old Street
Roast wild boar... drooling yea!!

First started with this daring descent ... glad that I did and went through, tough but fun..
Only 4 - 5 storey high...
We revised our swift water course approach swim down the river despite the heavy rain...
Due to the heavy rainfall, the water start to surge in with huge, heavy volume of water thus making the workout more challenging and realistic.
Crossing the river -- remember Ferry Angle is used, whilst the locals watched eagerly with their umbrella...
Rain stopped -- learning the arts of tying rope for transporting casualty from Coach Li Zi Guo

First with a water knots, open end pulley, Bruce knots, pull, pull..... more pulleys need to be added to make the pull easier and tie the end by making use of the friction from the ropes...利用绳子的磨檫力。。。。
Finally, we are ready to ferry the 'casualty' back...
The wonderful team that conquer the fierce, swift fast flowing river.... they actually conquer themselves first in order to cross the fast flowing Wulai river.... that how you overcome your fear.
Back to Taipei.
Night falls -- 'cheong' to 'Simon Ting' by MRT....

Ximending resemble Orchard Road but with fabulous cheap and delicious good food and ladies apparel, entertainment..

BBQ stick at NT 10 each.. from mobile stall that disappear when the man in uniform show up...

Auntie Yong with her award winning mee sua..

The Ice Kacang shop that operates by three brothers or 3 sisters???
They allow you to scribble any thing that you want on their shop wall.... but no vulgarities ah...

The ice and fruits are wonderful, big portion that taste different back home...
