Tips for stress relieving

If you are alone...


Tip 1:
Apply pressure on head
A head massage is known to instantly relieve a person from stress and provide complete relaxation.



Tip 2:
Rub/Massage your tummy
Consider stress as a possible cause of stomach pain or cramps.



Tip 3:
Move your muscles - anywhere
Muscle relaxation



Tip 4:
Retail therapy!
Shopping as a way of boosting one's mood.



Tip 5:
Eat!
Think comfort food.
Think daily scoop.



Tip 6:
If all else fails, SLEEP.
Lack of sleep has got to be one of the number one reasons that people get stressed. So get more quality rest.




If you are with a friend...

Tip 7:
Chit-Chat
Friends and family are there to help, and getting a few words of support or guidance can make a world of difference. Ranting could also help relieve stress.



Tip 8:
Play scissors-paper-stone with manikin, torpedo tube and fins
(No explanation, it's just fun)



Tip 9:
Jump by the pool
It works up your blood circulation and helps to destress and energise oneself.




Tip 10:
Eat with a friend
By eating with a friend, you achieve 2 goals. See tip 5 and 7.



Tip 11:
If tip 5 fails, try 'marvelous cream'.



Tip 12:
If tip 6 fails, try sleeping by the pool. It works.




Lastly... If you are with 2 or more persons....


Tip 13: Laugh
Makes shapes with your hair when you shower.
Making a fool out of oneself can help in destressing too, through laughing.
Allow yourself to experience the feel good feelings.
