some corrections

hello, allow me to comment on those videos with my humble 3 yrs of experience...

out of all the videos, perhaps only the obstacle one and the first video is good. If you learn from the rest, it'll be quite terrible.

for 100m Manikin Carry w Fins.
say your carrying hand is the left hand.
  • Adjust your left hand till it nears the right shoulder as close as possible, then lock it there (this prevents DQ)
  • Visualize the paddling right hand as being detached from the body. When you paddle, don't go all the way back to your thigh, lift it up halfway.
  • For starters, don't paddle first, just keep the right hand straight and then fin. To breathe, just lift up your head straight out, and then get back into position again and kick. This will help to get your posture right.
shall only reveal up to here. for the rest of the technique like pick-up etc, try to observe leonard and puay yong, they are the best examples. Please try not to follow the one shown in the video, it's damn ugly, hahaa...

100m Tow w Fin
from the video, that is not the right action upon touching the wall. You lose too much time trying to get the tube. The lao jiaos should know what I mean.

不要乱乱看youtube学!hahaa... ask the seniors and learn! swim fast but technique wrong also no use, i guess you can see that from the competitions. =)

*p.s.: sorry to the one who put up the video ar, hahaa.. I just felt the urge to write this. Good spirit though! =)

Jia YOU!!

take care, train hard
