Yo people, i have been thinking about this for a long while. How about a swim stroke improvement session sometime somewhere? I notice that some train very hard, but ain't going the right direction. Thus, the distance covered is not the displacement. Okie, thats technical. I mean, maybe there is a more efficient stroke you may wanna learn from your seniors, or the seniors from the juniors.
Training is good, but its more effective if you have a stroke thats more efficient when training, such that the gains can be more, from experience.
Anyone interested? Hands up please!
