This year’s Lifesaving Invitational Championships was undoubtedly a remarkable event. Held at NUS Student Recreation Centre Swimming Pool, with experienced lifesavers from a wide range of schools and institutions, it provided a great platform for lifesaving teams all around the country to share the techniques and spirits of lifesaving.
This event will never be so fabulous without the support of all the participants. We, the organizing committee, sincerely appreciate their high standard performance and excellent spirit shown in this event. This competition is definitely a fruitful experience for many of the participants, especially for the new competitors. Hope the newbies would understand more about lifesaving as a sport and feel the spirit that drives the lifesavers. And also good job to our medalists! Your efforts and hard work have paid off. We believe that all participants, no matter what prize they won during the two days, will maintain their hard work and devotion to lifesaving, and continue to promote lifesaving in Singapore to a higher level.
We would also thank everyone in the organizing committee, the event will not be so smooth and successful without all your hard work in the preparation and operation. Special thanks to all the seniors that came down to help out and guide the juniors along. Thank you officials for running the events too.
