ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear all members of NUS-University Lifesaving Corps!

This year marks out 27th year since 1982 and as with our tradition we will be holding our annual chalet this coming weekend at Aloha Yacht club Bungalow B.

The purpose of this chalet is for us to all get together, new birds and dino seniors are all welcomed to feast with us on saturday night.

Here is the plan for this weekend if you are joining us.

Friday - The current exco will be going down to set up shop. So if you are interested to help do let sheng jie know.

Saturday - IFG in the morning and after that we will be heading down together as a team to the chalet. A 40 seater bus has been catered.

Annual General Meeting - we are trying something new this year. The current exco would like to hold our AGM at the chalet this year. It will be held before dinner is served. The reason is so that our new birds can see for themselves how big our family is and at the same time spend sometime after AGM to talk to seniors while enjoying dinner.

Dinner will be catered HOWEVER, if you want to contribute by bringing something along WE WOULD NOT MIND!

Currently, entertainment and GAMES OIC is CTM. So if you are having some game that you are dying to play you can also look for him.

here's a copy of the chalet's location, pls note the carparks/alighting bus-stops:

Lastly, sheng jie would, very much, appreciate your help if you could help to disseminate the invitation to the rest..& if u have any suggestions kindly drop him an email or CALL HIM @ 81824627.
