The t shirts are limited edition, and exclusive for those going oversea representing NUS, you may change with overseas competitors but not sell away.

I have told the supplier that I will not be printing extra.

Hi! just some heads up on the things happening after exams... and arafura.

Bronze cross exam is on the 30th May at sentosa. I am running this exam ARMY style. haha... meaning we are going to be DRILLING our rescues and answers. Not like the A*** has no cock ups but at least according to them, drilling reduces the cock ups... don't know where they get their statistics from.

Life Saving demostrations on the 31st May 2009, Aljunied-Hougang will be organising its bi-annual water carnival coined, Community Splash 2009 at Hougang Swimming Complex. lets be clear and transparent. the whole demostrations is 15min. and the renumerations are really good. 1x50x4x10/5x3/6 for the 15min work. ya... so those who are interested please drop me an email and let me know so i can form a team.

lastly. there is a CIP for us coming up. i am still linking up with the MCYS guy. we will be working under this title:
Volunteer Chaperons from NUS University Lifeguard Corps
in short we will be looking after kids from pri school going for their swimming class...THIS IS FOR GOOD KARMA...so please don ask me how much we are paid...if you ask straight away your KARMA will be negative ar...dont say i never warn you...and be prepared they are monkeys...i teach so i know...

Amount: $30 + event tee + breakfast (there's chartered bus from harbourfront mrt to tanjong beach starting 530am - every 1/2 hour)
event: Tri-Factor series

ALL lifeguards are to bring rescue tube (1 each).

Slaying the Monster called Exam- Good Luck for Your Exam

Remember him, he is Mr. 步警云，he got the world best good razor sharp sword that you can borrow to slay the monster.

For those going for trainings at the Sand do sa, please go in pairs as the long blue and orange baby need tender loving care and donning the lifejacket is compulsory.

For those going to the big vast land where their orginals men walk barefooted - last trainings on 7 May 09 morning 9am till 1pm and kite off in the evening at T1.
Remeber to bring a bag to collect your stuff on 6 May 09 evening.

Trainings is still on at the pool except 1 May 09

congrats to our 11 BM-ers for passin their BM test!!!!! (excludes shuquan, i.e. CKM2. pass, but NO congrats!). HRMPH.

on another note, DESMOND has volunteered to help me teach BM next sem in nick's absence (Yay!!!). however, ULC still needs 2 more instructors to help teach LS. any takers ?? (open to everyone in ulc!).

Arafura Games 2009

Kong Xi Kong Xi to to Nicky, Nicole, Jun Song and Theen Mun for been selected to represent Singapore for the Arafura Games.

We will having an ayam dinner to celebrate the ocassions including the 'Ang Moh' award that was given to me.
Thereafter the teamNUS will go into 'retreat' and planned for their moves for the trip to the big vast land where kanagroo and koala bears are no where to be found but original men walking bare footed.

The details are as follows:

Period – 7th May ~ 21st May (indicative dates, subjected to change. Might be required to work on weekends)
Working hours – 9am to 6pm
Rate - $70/day

please get back by latest tonight. I am assuming that we are going to ARAFURA GAMES so none interested in picking up the job.

hey guys...yvonne's company needs 6 GUYS (no females, sorry!) to help her out for one her events.

event: JPMorgan Corporate Challenge (office ladies yay!)
Venue: F1 Pit Building (she say somewhere there)...
date: 16/4 (take a break from studying!)
time: 4-9pm (possibly end earlier)
Duty: just helping out at medical tent to help carry stretcher in case there's casualty (we'll sit under the stars and chat about life)
Pay: $40 + dinner + free shirt (on day itself..no joke!)

latest and urgent news...

we have a job lobang.. this saturday, east coast, about 10am, 6 hr job, rate still in discussion, now standing at $8/hr. 2 guards needed.

its is a corporate company doing a telematch, we will be guarding a match on a floating devices... at only one time about 5 participant in the water... about 10m from shore... (don laugh) people may drown in knee deep water...

they request that we send down the 2 guards on friday for recce for 2hrs, paid!
