Sleep deprived, but not beverages deprived.
JunSong tried everything from ph -7 to ph 7. Coffee, water, milk tea... from yih and fass. But to no avail...
moral of the story:
1. don't drink too much stuff. over dose of milk tea, coffee & water just makes you sleep and sleep and sleep.
2. don't mess with nicole! hahaha.

The sleepy boy gang
In the midst of preparations for the exams, some warriors choose not to give up on their healthy exercise regime.
So they got out for a 2 hour swim in the evening after 6 hours of studying in the library.
Got out the pool.
Went for dinner.
Head back to the library for more mugging...
So that's what they proclaim...

no matter which country we come from, what language we speak, it doesn't matter. cos we all come to save lives!!
and that's what happened on the cool starry moonlit night of 200408, as 10 young heros gathered at SRC pool on a quest to conquer the evil monster that has come to prevent them from gaining the items they so fervently craved.
the battle raged on on land at first, with the evil monster A.K.A mr.edward testing the intelligence of the heros. after a gruelling 3 1/2 hour duel, the heros overcame the onslaught of the minions in green singlets, otherwise known as "little Anne". MOrale was low as the last-minute preparation showed, but the heros feasted on "gold Cow", "mister potato" and "milo chocolate bars".
the monster recharged with a nice sandwich and moved the battle to the water, taking the 10 heroes with him, but the heroes had months of preparation and were prepared for him this time. no contest as to who won, with the heros enjoying every minute of the fight and ended the night high on morale.
but alas, the evil monster didn't succeed as the 10 hungry, tired heros finally managed to capture 10 Bronze Medallions at the stroke of the eleventh hour (literally).
COngrats to all BM people, Wilfred, Rongming, Wangqi, Hanbo, Jeremy, Clarence, Yong Chuan, Hui lyn, Min Ting and me!!! and to NICK WEISIN ZIWEI AND THEENMUN for the excellent coaching *cough cough*.

everyone is busy mugging for their exams....
modules studied include statistics, heat and mass transfer, changing landscapes, organic chemistry, health communication etc etc.... apparantly, some one is taking a very intresting level 1 course... Courtship and Mating. hmmmm...
is JK the prof for this new module? i didnt noe he lectured in his spare time...

Free Tshirt
the ubiquitous free tshirt...
everyone wants one when they go for a duty...
be it fuji xerox, NUS bia, legs and paddles, even pandan reservoir clean up!
most of them are made of cotton, some dri fit... but all comfortable to wear because they are free!
with the proliferation of duties available to NUS lifeguards in the 4 years of one's undergrad life, he is undoubtedly able to amass a huge collection (a mountain in the egg's words...) of free tshirts.
the tedious task of going out to buy new clothes is solved (for people that are NOT nicole that is).
however, one should always exercise proper care and take appropriate precautions when putting on a free tshirt for school, else a DISASTER will occur .. as illustrated below:
4 ppl wearing the SAME shirt on the SAME day at the SAME time at the SAME place!

The SRC Conference room located at the upper level of the SRC Sports Development Office will be open for your studying needs in preparation of your coming examination. It will be opened from 17 April 08 till 08 May 08.
Weekdays – from 6pm till next day 8am
Weekends – 24 hours
Please keep the room clean for the convenience of all our fellow sports students.
Please consume your food and drinks outside the conference room.
Please do not use the black sofas chair for sleeping.

CLEO
Head's up ppl, one of our ULC members is gonna be featured in june's edition of CLEO magazine, as a "lifeguard hunk"... up to u to guess who...
people get caught with egg on their face, he gets caught with shampoo in his hair!
At 10pm today at the NUS SRC swimming pool,a man was spotted coming out of the toilet with shampoo on his hair.
According to witnesses, the man was in his 50s, chinese and tanned. MM Juan Meng told reporters that he saw the man coming out of the toilet and had some "white stuff" on his head. Upon closer inspection, he realised it was shampoo! Apparently the man had forgotten to wash it off in his hurry. The man quickly took a quick wash at the pool-side shower.
The news travelled fast, as people all around quickly gathered to take a look at the extraordinary happenings. However, many felt the news would have travelled far and wide (at a speed even faster than the internet!) if the super-hero Woman in Red was around.
A insider, who did not want to be named for fear of being tekan-ed, revealed that the 50year old man was actually Mr Sim, the ULC coach and tao3. He said,"we had a good laugh about it, and being a cheerful guy, Mr Sim laughed along with us. next time, we might even suggest having a ULC communal shower outside!"
