Project Director (Taking care of the whole project)
Deputy Project Director (2nd in-charge)
Secretary (Coordinating meeting, minutes)
Treasurer (Money matters)
Human Resources Team (Taking care of registration & helpers)
Sales Team (Selling of Run NUS tee, singlet etc.)
Main Programme Team (Running)
Side Programme Team (Bazzar, Performance)
Logistics & Green Team (Logistics and promote of 3Rs)
Publicity Team (Poster, Banner, publicity booths)
Marketing Team (Looking for Sponsorship)
Multimedia Team (Website, Photo/Video taking, editing)
