AikThong here, kinda super high now after a 5 hour nap. Last night some ULC peeps took part in the NTU sundown(yeah, should have been sunrise) swimathon, they are...

So we swam 30+ km over the 9 hours, 10pm to 7am. Never more happy to see the sunrise at 7am today. Haha, tiring right? In the contridictry, most of the people in this team are super high after 7am. For me, physically and mentally drained. But after the sleep, super high lo!
Lost 2 kg by swimming over 10km over the night, people who wanna slim down... well, try this. :p
Aching here and there. Morale of story, never go swim long distances before conditioning. I last trained like more than 1 month back.
Orh, as for the results, we came in third. We got something like some 1 week fitnessfirst silver membership, and a total of $100 billabong voucher. That kinda offsets the $75 we paid to enter the event. :p But this is a charity event anyway... So i guess i shouldn't be saying such things. :s
Quite nice seeing team members encouraging each other towards the end of the swim. People who wanna build team spirit, should try this man.
